The story behind it -

This piece was inspired by my country Yorta Yorta Country. I've always felt incredibly connected to my country, where my grandparents and cousins live. I grew up and still live in the outer Eastern Suburbs of Naarm so I was lucky to be sent up there often throughout my childhood to stay.
Walking into their homes brings me so much happiness and peace still now.
It's a feeling so hard to explain. 1, like many others grew up in an unsettling home so when I would stay there as a child, it was a place of peace. A place where I could be me and have no worries in the world, so this piece represents my place of peace.
